Stock permitting, all ready-made item orders (within the UK) are dispatched using a tracked Royal Mail, next day special delivery service, usually within 5-7 working days. All made to order items will usually be dispatched within 2-4 weeks (this can vary depending on complexity of the ring and time of year ie. Leading up to Christmas). Bespoke orders will usually be dispatched within 3-6 weeks however your dedicated Bespoke team member will endeavor to give you a delivery timescale estimate at the time of order and keep you updated accordingly.

We will send you an email with a Tracking Reference when your order is dispatched so you can track your delivery.

All orders are sent out in plain packing with no mention of Cherish Jewellery Limited on the outside.

If the item you ordered is a surprise present, the wording on the packaging will not give any indication to the item enclosed. Deliveries are made to the delivery address that is supplied when the order is placed.

Dispatch and Delivery times may be affected by ongoing Covid-19 circumstances. There might be some delay with next day delivery and will prioritise this service but can’t guarantee next day delivery in all locations at all times. Please check your tracking reference for updates on your delivery.

Please note that once an item has been passed to a delivery courier, Cherish Jewellery Limited are no longer responsible or liable for a package.

What if my item goes missing after dispatch?

All orders dispatched by Cherish Jewellery (within the UK) are sent via Royal Mail. All orders require a signature upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your order goes missing once it has left Cherish Jewellery's possesion, the following procedures apply.

Due to postal carrier regulations, orders are not declared as ‘lost in post’ until a specific number of days elapses because there is a chance that your order may still be delivered late. Before a claim can be raised for an order 'lost in post',

Once the numbers of days have elapsed, we will re-issue your order or cancel your order and refund any monies paid depending on your preference. The following time periods must have passed without delivery of your order:

UK standard delivery via Recorded Delivery: 15 Working Days

UK express delivery via Special Delivery:  10 working days from last status update

Europe / International: 20 working days

What if my order is showing as delivered but I have not received it?

If your order has been signed for but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours who may have taken receipt of the parcel on your behalf. You can check the signature using the tracking link sent to you.

If you are still unable to locate the parcel, then please let us know immediately so we can make a compliant to the carrier. The time taken for to resolve a complaint with carriers can vary depending on the actions required.

In the first instance, the carrier will make an enquiry with the Delivery Officer, which in most cases are concluded within 7 working days.

If the enquiry cannot be resolved within 7 working days, we will need to submit a claim form to the carrier. This is more common in instances where receipt is denied (i.e. there is a signature for the parcel but you do not recognise this). In this case, the carrier will undertake a mail fraud investigation and you may be contacted by the Police. Please note that these claims can take up to 30 days to be resolved.

Returns

We're committed to selling high-quality jewellery and watches that we hope you'll enjoy but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. We are sorry but at this time we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if your item has been made to order or personalised to your requirements (i.e. engagement rings, wedding and eternity rings,  finger size altered, engraved, etc).

Online Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may return goods that are NOT made to order or customised (this includes all engagement rings and wedding/eternity rings) ordered via www.cherish-jewellery.co.uk and obtain a full refund of the cost of the good/s you have ordered, provided you notify Cherish Jewellery your intention to do so within 14 days of the date of receipt by you (in the case of a multiple order, within 14 days of receiving the last item). You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods from this notification date.

We will aim to send you a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods from you. Your order must be returned to us in its original condition, unworn, with the original packaging and security tag in tact.

Returns of Faulty Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if any goods delivered to you are faulty or unfit for purpose, provided you notify us within the first 30 days of purchase, you can ask us to send you an exchange, replacement or if you would like a refund.

After 30-days, we will repair the goods free of charge or, if we decide, replace them provided that you report the fault within six months of purchase. If the repair or replacement within the first six months is unsuccessful, then we will provide you with a full refund instead. After six months, your statutory rights as a consumer continue to apply.
