Cherish Jewellery prides itself on its superior jewellery. Ours is skillfully and carefully crafted to last a lifetime and longer.

 

We guarantee that….

Any defect in the craftsmanship of our jewellery is fully covered from purchase.

If a fault or a defect is found in the way our jewellery was crafted, we will correct the defect or exchange or remake the jewellery at no cost to you.

Please note, whilst our jewellery is robust to suffice daily wear, it is not a maintenance free commodity. Care needs to be taken with all precious jewellery, especially rings that contain small diamonds or gemstones.

  • Our diamonds are conflict free.
  • Our gold and platinum jewellery is hallmarked and sustainably sourced.

 

Please note that our guarantee does not cover intentional damage or loss caused by the customer or a third party.

It also does not cover any jewellery that has been taken to another jeweller or craftsperson for work, alteration or resizing. If this is the case your warranty will be voided.

If anything does happen to your jewellery, whether it’s your fault or ours, the best thing to do is send it back to us for an assessment. We will then either repair the item for free under our guarantee, or we will charge you a small fee for the repair if the damage was caused by you. We will always be forthright and let you know beforehand if there are any charges.

 

What our Guarantee Covers

All repairs for any problem that can be attributed to the way your item was originally made, accidental damage and replacement and resetting of uncertified stones.

 

What are you entitled to with your purchase?

One complimentary ring resizing, any further resizing will incur a small fee.

A yearly clean and polish, service and maintenance check.
